We regret any problems you may be experiencing with your Tachikara product.

U.S. Residents should contact our Corporate Office at 1-800-729-8224 to request authorization for return of a product for inspection, repair and/or replacement. Be prepared to follow the procedure outlined below:

•  Ask to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
•  Request a Return Goods Authorization and describe the reason for return.
•  A specific RGA # will be assigned to each return request.
•  Write the corresponding RGA # on the shipping label or on the outside of each carton to be returned.
•  Direct all packages to Tachikara U.S.A., Inc. / 100 Ireland Drive / McCarran, NV 89434.

We receive many requests for sponsorship throughout the year and although we would like to fulfill every request, this is not possible for us.
